Oak Hall offers 12 double and 2 single apartments.

Apartments can be furnished either with the resident’s own furniture or with furniture provided by us, according to individual preferences.

We offer both trial stays and short-term stays for a daily fee.

24/7 nursing care is provided.

A doctor is available once a week. In case of illness or emergency, we immediately contact our general practitioner or the Ambulance Service. Nagyatád Hospital is located 12 km away.

We currently do not offer a pre-defined personalized care package, but it can be arranged upon request.

Prescriptions are written once a week by our general practitioner. For our foreign guests, we arrange registration in the Hungarian health insurance system, which is included in our service fee and involves no additional cost.

We offer five meals a day – breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner – served buffet style. Our service is all-inclusive with no quantity limits. Meals are included in the service fee at no extra cost.

We can accommodate special dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc., at no extra cost to our guests.
À la carte meals are also available for an additional fee.

Apartments have a kitchenette, but cooking, smoking, and any fire-hazardous activities are not permitted.

We employ a professional to organize community programs.

We provide bus transportation twice daily to the Nagyatád Thermal Bath.

Our program coordinator handles requests for customized programs.

Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. If they wish to receive visitors, we can arrange minibus transportation to and from the airport. Depending on capacity, we also offer guest accommodation at Oak Hall.

Anytime. Please notify us in advance if overnight accommodation is required.

Personal identification, passport, and a declaration under criminal liability that the guest does not suffer from any condition that would exclude participation in the service (e.g. dementia). Full conditions are outlined in the contract.

Upon inquiry, we provide additional information not available on our website. If requested, we offer a visit during which we pick up the guest at Liszt Ferenc Airport, transport them to the Tölgyes Mansion (240 km), and introduce them to the accommodation. Of course, guests arriving by car are also welcome.
If the guest finds the facility suitable and agrees to the terms, a contract is signed that includes a 90-day trial period. After the trial, we mutually decide whether to continue the contract. If the guest chooses not to continue, they may terminate the contract at any time during the trial with written notice, and we will provide transport to the airport on the chosen date.

The service fee is included in our current price list, which is available on our website.
At contract signing, we require a deposit equal to 3 months’ fee as a security against potential damages. If the guest decides not to continue after the trial, the deposit will be applied as the service fee. If the guest enters into a fixed-term contract after the trial, the service fee becomes a monthly amount payable in euros upon invoice.

The services listed on the website, especially: accommodation, five meals daily, weekly medical check-up, registration in the Hungarian healthcare system, discounted medical services, and prescription access.

Depending on individual needs, there may be extra costs for things like entrance fees to the spa, theatre tickets, and services not provided by us.
