HP Oak Hall
Oak Hall & Restaurant” or „Tölös”as referred to by the locals, is situated in Lábod-Homokpuszta forest 2 km north-west from the village. Homokpuszta best translates into Sanddunes. The atmospheric parkland giving home to centuries-old oak trees is located right next to an area belonging to Duna-Dráva National Park.
The construction of the building began in 1996 and the complex has been built ever since, its designing architect was László Szakonyi. Upstairs 14 suites were created, while the restaurant is found downstairs.
Our apartments vary in size, all being suitable for single guests ot for couples. We are planning to make use of it both as a retirement home and a guesthouse.

Do not fear change, choose from our air-conditioned single or double apartments (with kitchen and bathroom included), move into a furnished apartment or have your own furniture over here. We paritcularly focus on long-term partnership since it is primarily a retirement home, but retirement age is not a requirement.
Indulge in our luxury services in a peaceful and safe environment of a picturesque, newly-built, modernized manor in the midst of a 10-acre park of ancient trees. Our manor combines luxury, healthy and peaceful environment; and an active and social life.
What we offer
Catering
- We provide our retirement home residents with all-inclusive service comprising five daily meals in two choices (A/B) while considering their personal dietary needs (gluten or lactose intolerance, vegetarian diet, etc.).
- We prioritise on high-quality gastronomy, which is available à la carte for non-resident guests as well.
Medical services
- Retired residents are granted a weekly medical consultation and the provision of essential medication free of charge.
- Included in the fee, a special offer is granted to our international guests pertaining to services covered by Hungarian social security.

Security, meaningful leisure
Medical care and supervision is guaranteed by a professional medical staff, our event manager is responsible for organizing meaningful and useful leisure activities, excursions, social events and theatre visits. Our goal is to create a familiar atmosphere allowing for socializing and bonding.
Transparent Prices, Complete Comfort
110 € / person / day – all apartments are designed for two-person occupancy.
We primarily welcome applications from couples who already know each other – whether they are spouses, relatives, or friends – to ensure they truly feel at home.
The price includes full board, accommodation with a private bathroom and kitchen, as well as access to the park and participation in community programs.

Utilizing the potentials of Nagyatád thermal and therapeutic baths at a 12 km-distance, we provide our guests access to the services of the spa.
